  • Except where otherwise stated, all vegetables or fruit must have been grown by the exhibitor in their own garden or allotment.

  • Exhibitors must arrange and stage their own exhibits.

  • Staging of exhibits may begin on Saturday 22nd September 2018 at 9.00am at Stockton Village Hall.

  • All exhibits to be staged by 11.00am on the day of the show, when the hall will be cleared of all persons except those officially engaged, ready for the judges to commence their duties.  The hall will be re-opened at 1.00pm providing all judging has been completed.

  • No exhibit is to be removed from the village hall before 3.30pm.  The village hall will be closed at 3.45pm to all except exhibitors who, at 4.00pm, may remove the exhibits which they wish to retain.  Any exhibit remaining after 4.30pm will be auctioned off at a public auction where all proceeds will be gifted to chosen charity.

  • Exhibitors may not show more than one exhibit in any class.

  • Exhibitors must supply their own display trays, boxes etc.

  • The committee reserve the right to visit, before or after the Produce Show, gardens or allotments of competitors from whom entries are received.

  • The Produce Show will be conducted in accordance with the rules and standards contained in ‘National Federation of Women’s Institutes On With the Show’ publication.

  • All trophies, shields or cups shall remain the property of The Committee and be returned to The Committee in the same condition in which they were received, one month before the date of the annual show.
